Kinzo Vase
project overview
Designed for Madheke, the Kinzo Sculpture reinterprets the traditional vessel as a study in solid form and negative space. This solid-cast, half-cut vase moves beyond simple utility to become a dedicated sculptural object, celebrating organic contours and quiet strength. Whether grounding a console or accenting a sideboard, Kinzo balances raw materiality with a refined, distinct silhouette, commanding attention through its heavy presence rather than visual noise.

Crafted through a traditional sand-casting process, each Kinzo piece features a rich, textured brass finish that contrasts sharply with its precision-polished rims. The design’s signature half-cut profile reveals a grounded solidity, available in varying heights—from low and stout to tall and slender—to create a dynamic visual rhythm when styled as a set. This interplay of rough texture and gleaming edge allows the Kinzo to work beautifully as a singular statement or as part of a curated, multi-level narrative.
